SOLE SOLUTION FACE LIFT


Apply sole solution and leave to dry on face, rub it all off with your paws until there is no more and your skin is smooth. Makes a nice mini-dermabrasion, the fine salts all dried and your skin tightens like a mini facelift. Then follow the Sole on face with fresh aloe or fruit rub (I like to rub grapes or pineapple on my face) and glow like a 14 yr old runway model. Magic Electrolyte Lemonade Latte- my way



This drink is like....uh, goes up to 11 (Spinal Tap reference :))
It really does taste like 11 levels and lifts me up to the 11th level. That is 1 more past 10!
And it is a great way to work in lemon with peel seeing what Gabriel Cousens recommends about having lemon in Courtney Pool's blog which I excerpted:
"1 lime or lemon per day, including the peel helps to dissolve bad calcification; more than that will take out good calcium"


1 serving
mix in Vitamix until frothy - the tocos make a sweet latte-ish froth on top in any drink mixed in vitamix

Juice of 2 lemons, or - I personally just throw 1-2 peeled lemons into blender + leaving a touch of the peel, not too much or the consistency will be awful
1 tbl coconut oil
couple spoonfuls tocos
about tbl maca
2 tsp Merlin's mix
1 tsp 3 Immortals Tea powder (Shaman Shack)
1-2 tsp slippery elm
1-2 tsp Sproutein mix powder
half dropper of vanilla stevia
pinch cinnamon
big glassful of water/ coconut water/ or herbal tea liquid to mix

ALSO OPTIONAL- MSM, Shilajit, Mucuna, Zeolite (after blender), Ocean's Alive or Omica SuperIonic

Start VLog - me in moving pictures

Ok, new approach. Sorry for the stuttering, I think I need a script!
Though I talk about weight my focus is actually healing. My weight is a symptom. I really still eat a raw focused diet, 95% raw and the rest in the last 2 months has been maybe a pc of bread or sashimi in Hawaii or steamed veg + quinoa. It is not ice cream pizza and Taco Bell. I am now eating 100% raw again GC PHASE I. I probably eat too much plant fat and too much for my needs. I think eating 1 small meal and one snack is sufficient. I run 6-9 miles 5-7 days a week and do yoga and hike steep hills. My imbalance may be energetic, stagnant Qi. Or attitude, beliefs, and thoughts. Or deep hormonal, physical handicaps like insufficient elimination ability that I have yet to heal. All that I need to work on as a whole; body, mind, spirit. I promise to get better at speaking in these vids. I will show my physical progress.

A reader's comment

I got this comment last night, and apart from it being Jesus-freaky I do totally relate to the message about worshiping false idols or any thing but worshiping God. I am not Catholic, BTW, though my family is. And I do not worship the Bible at all, having been written by men, but this comment reminded me of my false focus, it is not a new perspective for me but I just have not yet found how to connect completely and let go of the scientific physical reasons for my bodies lack of homeostasis and efficiency. I thin this comment was delivered with love and kindness and is right on regarding truth and freedom.

He died for you to be free and after reading your blog, it is so obvious that your weight and food is a stronghold for you. He, Jesus Christ, needs to be your stronghold and then you will finally be free.

None of this new age crap will save you. We are all made to worship and you are worshiping food; it's your idol. Worship the Creator, not the creation. As long as you worship something other than God, you won't be in a place to receive His blessings.

You don't have to be catholic, find a Bible believing church that preaches the Gospel.
I used to be into all of this and was miserable. Always seeking, always under the spell of defeat. You're not meant to live this way.There is freedom in Christ. Trust, repent and believe.

I WILL NOT BE 40 AND FAT

Dimas has the bod of a 19 year old
HA HA, that is Dimas with a Hannah Montana Fishing pole. Wow, do you think Miley Cirus Enterprises markets bullets and guns too?

Uh, I am indoors in a 4th fl. Beverly Hills condo while my employer sleeps all day and all I wanna do is eat.
I am doing better though in spite of my boredom cravings. That durian mousse and the durian pods I had on the 4th and 5th of July have made me even fatter. I couldnt resist. I can not eat fruit until I lose 20 lbs. Ok, I am going into Gabriel Cousen's Phase 1 now FOR REALS! I am awaiting a shipment form Tree of life Shoppe with probios, metabolic enzymes, B-12 vitamin, detox bath, oceans alive phytoplankton, magnesium oil and some other stuff I will soon add in. I have not had time to stop before work for E3 & wheatgrass, I am missing it :(
And back to writing out everything I eat and pre-planning my days food and supp intake the
night before.

TODAY
7am - raw Noni juice + ACV + Vitality HA + Omica Active Ionic detox drink
8am - one small sprouted coconut and giant glass of green juice (kale, spinach, parsley, basil, fennel, cilantro, lemon)

11:45 - 2 tbl Jarrah tree bee pollen, handful of chlorella tabs and bite of raw ginger...... and later following a Tea of chanca piedra, cat's claw, fo ti, bladderwack, burdock, pau d' arco, cinnamon, vanilla stevia (dont know if all those are synergistic, but it tastes good)
LUNCH:
when i can depending on work day: FIRST Markus Rothkranz Parasite caps, never took this product before. EAT: spiralized cuc and zucc with Good Mood Food Arugula-Basil Pesto, lemon, tomatoes, celery root, dulse, fresh basil and oregano
DINNER: another green juice same as morning

SNACK: if necc. mixed seaweeds (see below) and 3 immortals tea with Ormus
BEFORE BED:
raw Noni juice + ACV + Vitality HA + Omica Active Ionic detox drink

I should be having wheatgrass and green juice too. I will try, if I can get away from work for a bit to get it. I work 24 hours today though.

7am detox drink of Noni + ACV + Vitality HA + Omica SuperIonic (this concoction is that of Truth Caulkin at Erewhon Tonic Bar. He says to take it 3x per day. To be careful that some people detox too quickly. But I did not get proportions from him, I make them up)

9am warmish tea of yerba mate + fo ti + pau d' arco + cat's claw with my hemp mylk, cinnamon, vanilla stevia
...and handful chlorella tabs

11am Superfood shake of Earth, maca, mucuna, shilajit, Sproutein, chia seeds, E-3, Merlin' s Mix, cacao, cinnamon, vanilla stevia, tocos, slippery elm
.....also tbl of Jarrah tree bee pollen

drink water


2pm 3 Immortals tea (Shaman Shack) + kidney cleanse TCM powder
(EDIT: I got hungry and had fresh Hawaiian coconut meat)

4pm

RENEW ME INSPIRATION

ME & DIMAS IN BIG BEAR, CA

I just got back from a month on Oahu, I fell in love again - with Hawaii. I never fell out of love with it. Kauai was my first island kiss. On Oahu I met 2 wonderful raw vegan inspirations; Kim and Kiani. Beautiful inside and out; both. I went to Oahu as a requirement of my job caring for an elderly lady with Alzheimer's. I went with the idea that I would practice 100% raw determination and lose 20 lbs. I went to a Noni Detox clinic and was so excited to be on their program! I lost 5 lbs in 1 week. My job is quite sedentary; sitting with an elderly lady most of the day. I was jons'n to get out on top of mountain peaks and crater climbs and swimming a little too far out and running along the shoreline. I got up at 5:30 each morning and had a blast hiking alone in the mist or snorkling with the 3 sea turtles that played together at 7 am. I was very active, some mornings running 7-9 miles in the hot 7:30 am sun. Nevertheless, I did not achieve my 100% raw weightloss dream. Part of my job is to accompany the lady to dinner or lunch, whatever she wants to do. That is all she likes to do, to go out to eat. I ate local ahi sashimi, I had coffee, I had lavash toast, I even had a few of her gourmet french fries and bites of her ice cream she always orders for desert. If you have read any of my first entries here you would see that I used to be meticulously raw obsessive and hardcore, for years. UGH. It has been very difficult for me dealing with Alzheimer's craziness, sitting around inside on sunny days bored outta my head and eating too much, and going out to eat all the time for work. I often just get a green tea or a salad. NOW I AM FAT. But I am fit. I can run 8 miles in 89 minutes. I can hike straight uphill faster than many. But I am so fat. 20 lbs to lose, and I can't keep failing. I have lost 10-15 lbs 4-5 times in the last year only to regain it again.
Ok, so now I have to return to my health obsession and with that I will log every day what I am eating. Not that I think anyone cares, just for my own awareness.
******For the record; DAY 3 99% RAW (I had coffee).


COCONUT SPROUTS FROM KIANI
Today:
8am - Detox drink of 5 oz raw Noni juice + 1 tsp ACV + Vitality Boost + Omica SuperIonic
11am - Small coconut sprout + 4 1/2 oz my homemade durian mousse (OMG this was amazing)
1pm- warmish tea of yerba mate, cat's claw, pau d' arco, fo ti, with cinnamon, vanilla stevia and
my homemade hemp mylk
3:30pm: green tea (out to lunch with employer, did not eat)
6pm - "pasta" of 1 zucchini & 1/2 cucumber with tomatoes, celery root, basil, oregano, and a
dressing of Good Mood Food Arugula-Basil Pesto (YUM!) + Lemon + olive oil.
Dessert - the other 1/2 of the durian mousse + a couple of my Superfood Brownies crumbled on top.
9pm
- Detox drink of 5 oz raw Noni juice + 1 tsp ACV + Vitality Boost + Omica SuperIonic

SUPERFOOD BROWNIES

Coconut flour, Carob Powder, Twister Berry Antioxident Blend Powder,
Maca, Mucuna, Shilajit, Cinnamon, Vanilla, Xylitol, Vanilla Stevia, Sea Salt,
Flax & Chia seeds, Hemp seeds on top
Ultimate Superfoods Cacao Paste chopped into chips and hand mixed in.
Water to mix into a dough.
Chill in fridge.

YESTERDAY I ATE:
