DAY 59 - I'M HAPPY??? WOW!

Hi Anyone!
I have not really been happy lately doing this feast, since the cruise. But still keeping on anyway. Though I do not get in the recommended lot of greens - it's just too damn hard and makes me miserable doing it. Too expensive and laboreous. I drink a lot of lemon water and breakstone, nettle, red clover, cleavers, pau d' arco, burdock, dandelion teas and half my greens as all green juices alone with no fruit. And then there is THIS juice which is my only reason to live (teasing) these days...

In my Vitamix and thru the strainer bag:
Lemon, Apple, Ginger, Garlic, Turmeric root, Fresh Wheatgrass
then add (in various combos thru the day) Vitamineral, Kelp, MSM, Zeolites, and Survival Food
Thru the day take a shot of Hemp oil, 20 Chlorella tabs, Parasite Formula, Slippery Elm, Mag O7 powder, Perfect 7 Intestinal Cleanser, Max Stress B Nano-Plex, Natural Calm Magnesium, Vitalzym, and Dr. Ohhira's Probiotics

Enemas = water, coffee, burdock, cat's claw
Skin Brushing
DAMN! That is good. Making me happy.
No hot-cold shower therapy lately, blek.

I just feel like my normal self really, none of those poetic insights other feasters have for you. But then, I have been eating ORV for over 5 years, so I wonder how many people who have been eating this way for so long realize significant differences in a long juice feast?
A few days last week were spaced-out tired irritable bloated downers but I think I was just starved, not enough intake. Again I feel vibrant and grounded.
My psoriasis is unchanged and that blows.
My weight is still only down 10 lbs from the start currently at 108 (5' 2")
Mercury removal in process (another dentist appt. today!) and I hope that will help to bust a move on detox, weight loss, and psoriasis.
Food cravings are there as always, but it is mental, not physical...I wanna sit and have din-din with a friend for the sake of pampering and luxury.
Energy is back again after last week when I did not feel like excorcising at all. The weather has been grey too and I usually go out in the sun to get supercharged.

Saw Gabriel Cousens speak at a Satsang last week in person for the first time and he is MORE LOVELY that I could ever imagine. A discussion on peace with wit and clarity and an energy not to be described. I WILL GO TO TREE OF LIFE TO STUDY!

That's all folks.

Oh that would be awesome to go to Tree of Life, wouldn't it? That is a SUPER goal to have.

One of the things I am doing to keep myself going is, like you said, to just act as if the off days didn't happen - and then I imagine myself starting the 2nd annual juice feast right from the beginning with everyone else - and sailing through it, benefiting from the experience I am gaining this year.

I see myself doing mini juice feasts throughout the year - maybe even one or two days a week. Who knows.

Anyways - no matter how long you go with it this time - you have been doing great. And all of the juicy days have been SO good for you.

Peace

Hey cutie! You look great! You're such a trooper... I don't think I would have lasted this long if it wasn't for all that fruit juice I was gobbling down. It was like having dessert throughout most of the day. :)

You're so strong! way to go !

Hello!! Great to hear some news from you, I was wondering what's up!
I'm very impressed that you kept the JF during the cruise, it was the best possible thing to do the prunes I think. Waterfasting from 9-5 otherwise would sound like torture (at least to me). So, way to go!
I have some similar issues...skin not improving, cravings driving me mad and I'm getting poor because a) it is costly and b) the TIME it takes to make those juices has me be late for work lol..
