IT'S A CLEAN ROUTINE






I am 5’1 ¾”, currently weigh high at 122 but vary down to 115 (still feels heavy for my height), and right now my psoriasis is a bitch after indulging these holiday (wine & some cooked food).

I generally eat very simple foods, and always use all natural, vegan, & often organic products.

The following is a typical daily regimen: (plus good intake of pure water)
7:00am 4 VitalzymX (not the caps which have magnesium sterate) and 8 oz of water
7:00am Dry Skin Brushing & Shower & Brush teeth
7:45am Coconut Kefir Probiotic
8:00am Homeopathic remedy pellet
8:30am Omica Ionic Minerals for remineralization
9:00am 2-4 oz Wheatgrass & 2 shots E-3 live
9:30am Fresh Beverly Hills Juice Club greens only juice
11:00 Tea: Nettle, Alfalfa, Red Clover, Holy Basil, Marshmallow, Slippery Elm, sometimes with a spoon of Artisana Coconut Butter,(with vanilla or cinnamon)
12:30 ONE OF THE FOLLOWING: (all food with Advanced Formula DigestEnz)

1. SEED CEREAL: Bowl of some varied mix of the following organic stuff:
fresh ground flax, hemp powder, spirulina flakes, maca, fresh ground sesame, chia seed and/or Pure Synergy, cinnamon, bee pollen, with chopped apple or berries and covered with pure water. (I used to use apple juice or OJ, or raisins, prunes, figs, agave but those are detrimental to me.)

2. GREEN SALAD WITH SEAWEED: Romaine, spinach, dandelion (whatever varied greens), arame or hijiki or wakame or laver, dulse flakes, scallions, avocado, tomato, flax and homemade dressing: tahini, lemon, garlic, ginger, turmeric, cayenne, e.v. olive oil.

3. NORI ROLLS: MY SUPERCHARGE SUPERFOOD NORI LOVE 2 hearty Nori roll-ups for brunch!
Mmmm, this is delicious! 11 am and this revs me up all day!...enough to pass up the super-buff guys running in Runyon Canyon :-) Ingredients:
2 tablespoons ARTISANA coconut butter (not oil)
⅓ bunch cilantro , minced
¼ bunch spinach or romaine minced
1 tablespoon spirulina flakes
1 tablespoon maca powder
1 tablespoon dulse flakes
2 clove garlic, minced
1 lime, juiced
1 pinch Celtic sea salt
2 sheets raw nori
red bell pepper, shallot, ginger, sprouts, OPTIONAL
cumin, turmeric, hing, cactus powder, OPTIONAL

1:30 4-6 Vita Synergy tablets + turmeric capsule + Perque Vit B12
2:00 16. oz Water with msm and silica
2:45 Some kind of herbal tea (Merlin’s Magic Roots Elixer…etc)
4:00 Maybe, small Green smoothie with apple or another BH Juice Club Veg juice
5:00 Trail run or hike LA canyons for 11/2 hrs, then stretch
Or less often: Rebounding Or Tibetan Rights
8:00 Probiotic & 8 oz water
9:00 4 VitalzymeX & 8 oz water
10:00 Floss & brush teeth
